My brother's and their families arrived over the last 2 days. This morning we had the funeral for Gram. It really was very beautiful. All the great-grandchildren (except Danielle who didn't want to help her daddy) had parts in the Mass. My 2 oldest boys, Nicky and Andy were the servers. My brother Jerry read the first reading and his son Bobby read the responsorial psalm. My youngest, Kenny, and Billy's daughter Ashley read the petitions. Jerry's other 2 boys, Brian and Justin, and my brother Bill brought up the gifts. We had lunch at the Church after the Mass and it was very nice. We had some pictures of Gram and the family up at the altar.
Mom did very well. I think we all cried during the Ave Maria. Is it possible for you keep a dry eye during that song?
Thank you again for your prayers.
Love, Jeannie and Bobbi

I'm sure your Mom was happy that the whole family was their to take part in the Mass.
That song gets everyone crying.

Grandma must have been the proudest lady in Heaven to see the fruit of her life all gathered together to honor her. May she rest in peace.
